This technique can be done in Photoshop with the quick selection tool, but
yeah I would say that doing it all on camera with double exposures would be
much easier since the former requires time and patience to get the texture
in the places you want. Usually, you’d leave the eyes, mouth and part if
the torso normal and the hair will be texturized, but it varies from photog
to photog.

Am i missing something….i thought this was a ‘How-to’ but none of these
videos actually show you how to do it…we are not all professionals…a
few steps (lens settings, etc.) would be helpful

I did not get it either but I don’t mind. It is ”cheezy” and ugly.

interesting. I might use this to do some senior portraits and see how they
go over. My panasonic G6 has the feature but until now I saw no use for it.
It might be cheesy but its exactly the kind of thing annoying high school
students love.

Any idea exactly what camera & lens he is using? Looks like a Nikon body,
not sure which one exactly.

I watched this. I see how the photos are different, but I still have no
idea what double exposure means. You could have started it off by slowly
explaining what it is.
