About This Weeks Tutorial:
In this weeks photoshop tutorial, I will show you how to create a rain effect in photoshop. For this technique you will not need an external plugin or advanced photoshop skills. We will be using simple masking and blending techniques. Also bear in mind that this effect looks better on darker / more contrasty images! after all over post production when i am merging all layer, opacity of the
layer automatically get reduce and quantity of the noise is increasing
automatically.
I am not Understand why it’s happening
